Standard delivery for our mirror collections typically spans 4 to 7 business days. All shipments originate from our dedicated facility in Munich, Germany, and are fully insured against transit damage to ensure your investment is protected.
How can I monitor the progress of my order?
Transparency is a core pillar of our service. Automated tracking updates will be dispatched to your registered email address at the following milestones:
Order Dispatch: Once your item leaves our Munich facility.
Regional Sorting: Upon arrival at your local distribution centre.

What happens if my order is delayed?
In the rare event that your delivery exceeds the standard timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Should the parcel be confirmed as lost or irreparably delayed, we will facilitate a full refund or a complimentary replacement at your discretion.

What is your return policy?
In strict accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, we offer a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may cancel your purchase agreement within 14 days of physical receipt of the goods without the requirement to provide a reason.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While we employ rigorous export-grade packaging, should an item arrive with defects or transit damage, please notify our support team within 48 hours at mirror@silhouettemirror.com.
Evidence Required: Please provide high-resolution photographs of the damaged product and the external shipping carton (including the shipping label).
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a swift replacement or refund. For your convenience and safety, the physical return of shattered glass components is not required once photographic evidence has been formally accepted by our claims department.
